For starter drinks I ordered a "Tawny Port old fashioned. For the entree, the Surf and Turf was delicious. I ordered the Duroc double-boned pork chop and lobster tail, sautéed garlic green beans, and sautéed mushrooms! For a nice pairing wine I got a bottle of L'Ecole 2017 Syrah! Everything was delicious!

The wife and I love coming here. We came here for our 1 year wedding anniversary and two other times before that. Each time it was not hard to make a reservation. The food is always top notch with amazing flavors. The staff is very polite and well trained. The ambiance is wonderful. Only complaint is that the tables are very close to each-other, which I understand cause the place isn't that big.

I had such an amazing birthday dinner at Fahrenheit 132! It is beautiful inside, the service is incredible, and the food is impeccable. We had a ribeye and a filet. The filet was like butter! All of the sides were great, especially the lobster chowder. At the end of the meal, we were too full to order dessert, so we decided to pass. I was a little sad because it was my birthday--but our waiter, Zach, still made the evening so special by bringing a little plate with happy birthday and a chocolate on it! He was so kind and made my birthday dinner even better. We will be back! I want to try to escargot!

Ok so this place is unbelievably delicious. I have ONLY heard stellar reviews and each was spot on. We opted for the ribeye medium rare with the bone marrow butter and it hit all the right notes! Amazing meal. Certainly specialists in meats. The cocktails I had were very well crafted and unique. The sides were prepared perfectly Brussel sprouts were not over cooked and the mac and cheese was delightful! This is a spot I would come back to each time I'm in town! Absolutely worth the price and considering the hours of operation while planning your day in Freddy.

Ate here for my anniversary dinner. Exceptional food all around. Lindsay was our server, and did an exceptional job recommending whiskey pairings with every course. She was spot on with the flavors and excelled at working in my preferences as well. The sommelier, of which there are multiple, that helped us select a wine likewise excelled in their recommendation: it was perfect and contributed to the night. Presentation, ambience, and attention to detail at this restaurant goes so far above and beyond it is truly remarkable.

WOW! no wonder it's hard to get a reservation. we called and megan was able to work us in for a table at 400 with a maximum time of 1 1/2 hours. she let us know if there were seats at the bar, we were welcome to those instead with no time limit. lucky for us, there were. wonderful happy hour! we got two drinks and an app-shrimp cigars, hot snd flavorful with a lovely dipping sauce. my husband and i decided to do the prix fixe meal for two, and boy, oh, boy, am i glad we did. the tomahawk steak was one of the most delicious things i have ever eaten. tender and cooked perfectly. the meal came with salad or soup-we went with the house salad which was crisp and had feta and corn relish on it. each of us got two sides. i got house cut fries and shaved brussels sprouts; my husband got black eyed peas and up charged for the glazed carrots. all four sides with outstanding. dessert was the limoncello cake-light and just delightful. and whilst the food was wonderful, the service we got from cassandra was just spectacular! she was personable and attentive without being obnoxious! a real gem of a bartender! HIGHLY recommend if you're looking for some delicious food in fredericksburg.

I took my dad here for a nice steak night dinner and we had an AMAZING experience! Our food was perfect and the service staff was 10/10. The restaurant was full almost the whole time we were there yet we never had empty drinks, waters, and servers consistently checked in. We had the Elk Tartare (I've never had tartare before so I decided to venture out and we both loved it), my dad had the Hanger Steak, and I had the Filet. Both had the perfect flavor and were melt in your mouth. Our main server was Janelle and she was absolutely amazing. She was very attentive, went over the full menu, made great recommendations, and never made us feel rushed at all. I would recommend this place to anyone! Some people did mention that it was noisy, but I like those types of atmospheres and it was never too loud to where you couldn't hear the people at your table. Others' comments about the bathroom experience is also true. I told my dad I felt like royalty (lol) when I got back to our table.

This restaurant deserves to win best service in America. My best friend and I use Fredericksburg as a halfway point to meet up with each other. We loved our experience at Fahrenheit 132 so much that we want to meet up here again. I made us a reservation. We arrived about 15 minutes earlier than expected and they still seated us because they had room. Our waitress was incredible. When she asked if we were celebrating anything we commented about being old friends meeting up and she immediately understood that we had a lot of catching up. This is the first time in a long time that I haven't felt rushed at a restaurant. I wish I caught our waitress' name because she was incredible. She shared all the specials and gave us time to think about what we wanted and didn't rush our meal. We ordered half a dozen oysters, the shrimp cigars, a small wedge salad with hanger steak added, and two cocktails. I adored my le pear ouette cocktail. It was the "pear"fect amount of sweet. My friend ordered the enzoni and really enjoyed it. We did family style so we could try it all. The oysters we got were a bit salty for my taste, but my friend really liked them. I loved the shrimp cigars. They were fun, unique, and tasty. The hanger steak was cooked and seasoned wonderfully. We shared a delicious creme brulee to end our meal. Part of what amazed me with the service was not only the kind hosts and our waitress, but when you walk to the bathroom, you are smiled at and guided by several servers on your walk there. I was almost shy from all the hospitality. There are women and men restrooms. There were a few stalls inside the women's restroom. My friend and I had a true 5 star experience at Fahrenheit 132. The food, the service, and the atmosphere were all something to write home about. If you're in Fredericksburg, I highly recommend eating here.

Tried this place during an outing to Fredericksburg to try and catch the aurora borealis. While we had little luck on that front, this place was a great find. The salads, steaks, and sides were all very good and reasonably priced for a nice steakhouse. Service was also great. Will return when we are back in Fredericksburg.
